I use the knowledge attained through certification as a Medical Exercise Specialist (2013) to help people aged 50 and up manage a variety of health issues, including balance & mobility, strength & flexibility, heart health, and bone & joint health.

The Covid-19 pandemic has made online meetings a convenient alternative, and I'm happy to accommodate requests to work online. At times, a mix of in-person and online sessions is appropriate.
